Dr. Victoria Taylor

Victoria is a Clinical Psychologist working in the field of adult mental health and personality disorder since qualification in 2003. She has extensive experience of working with individuals and groups using a wide range of therapeutic approaches including DBT, CBT, mindfulness and acceptance based interventions.

Having completed her DBT Intensive training in 2004 she subsequently undertook DBT Model Adherence Training under the supervision of Heidi Heard and became one of the first fully Accredited DBT Therapist’s in the UK. Victoria has worked within both NHS and private healthcare contexts providing DBT on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

As a member of the Society for DBT UK and a HCPC / BUPA registered practitioner, Victoria has worked independently offering training, 1:1 therapy and consultation since qualification.

As owner and CEO of DBT Clinic. Victoria works alongside a team of BiDBT trained practitioners from a range of professional backgrounds to deliver high-quality bespoke DBT interventions.  Our team of experts includes Clinical Psychologists, Forensic Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychiatric Nurses.
